I'll say what I wish had been made clearer to me: This frame doesn't come with glass or anything to protect the item! It's possibly on me for taking for granted that it would be included, but every frame I've ever purchased in my life has come with this protective feature. For many cases, this product is probably better than fine. It's obviously well made, and is sized to fit many standard-sized coasters. But because I had an autographed item, I needed more protection than this could provide.
The frame was made specifically to fit my coasters. Seller was very prompt in responding to my request to do so. Coasters fit perfectly in the frame. There were some rough edges on the frame which i filed and clipped down, but it doesn't affect the look of the frame now that it's done.
I like it, because it๏ฟฝs not perfect. It has the smell of handcrafted. Our tiles look great, looking forward to hang them on the wall.
